Asthma causes, symptoms, treatment
What is (asthma)?
Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by recurrent attacks ranging from breathlessness and wheezing, during an asthma attack swell inner lining of the airways of the people, leading to a narrowing of the airways and restricts the flow of air into and out of the lungs. It should be noted that asthma is not a contagious disease, its symptoms may appear several times a day or week in affected individuals, and some people become worse during physical activity or at night. Often cause asthma symptoms recurring insomnia and daytime fatigue, reduced activity levels and absenteeism from school and work.

What causes asthma attacks?
The causes of asthma are not completely understood, but there are several reasons that could lead to an asthma attack include:

Irritating factors for the occurrence of asthma tobacco smoke
Sensitivity against some things, such as some chemicals, bird feathers, animal fur, pollen trees
Dust in the air or indoors.
Some foods or liquids or preservatives
Viral infections of the respiratory system, especially the common cold and the cold
Exposure to cold air stream abruptly.
Some medications such as aspirin, and beta-antagonists, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Non-steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs)
Psychological emotions
Aerobics
Some of the menstrual cycle in women
Esophageal reflux disease (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease)
